Tell your doctor right away if your child ( or you ): may not be seeing as well as they did before starting SABRIL, start traveling, encounter points, or are otherwise awkward than the norm, are shocked by objects that suddenly appear ahead of you, or if your baby is acting differently than usual.

SABRIL (vigabatrin ) is a prescription medication used with other medications in children and adults who are 2 years and older and have refractory complicated partial seizures ( CPS) who have not reacted completely to numerous other medications and if the potential advantages outweigh the risk of vision loss.

It is advised that your doctor check your ( or your child’s ) vision before or within 4 weeks after starting SABRIL and at least every 3 months during therapy up until SABRIL is stopped. If you or your child have any side effects that bother you or do n’t go away, tell your healthcare provider.

Tell your care provider right away if seizures worsen. When you are expecting, you and your doctor will need to know if you must consider SABRIL. One of the most common adverse effects of SABRIL in adults consist of: blurred vision, drowsiness, lightheadedness, issues walking or really feeling unskillful, trembling ( shake ), and exhaustion.
